The School Age Child Care programs are open to students from the Carmel Central School District, where transportation is provided to and from school, and anyone else who can transport their children to and from the program.
Students will be transported to and from school by Carmel Schools transportation. The transportation department needs your daycare transportation forms as soon as possible. If your child is not 5 days/week or you have a drop in or variable schedule, that is OK! You just need to indicate that on the form so they create a home bus stop and a daycare bus stop for your family. YOU MUST SEND THEM THE COMPLETED FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - transportation@carmelschools.org - delayed forms may result in delayed childcare.
We will have the age groups separated and appropriately supervised while they are with us. This will also be a great opportunity for our middle school students to get some community service hours - helping with homework or crafts with the younger students. Generally, though, indoor and outdoor areas will be assigned based on age group.
Convenient hours! The programs start at 6:30am and go until 6:30pm.
We will be open for delayed openings and unscheduled early dismissals!
Scholarship is still available! CLICK HERE to apply for scholarship for the 2023-2024 school year OR the 2024-2025 school year. Just indicate it on the form.

Billing for ALL programs is on a monthly basis. Please keep a credit card on file with us or pre-pay a certain amount with a check or cash. Credit Card forms can be found in the registration packet below.
